Si effettua una linea verticale di pochi centimetri e l\u2019osservazione del inchiostro.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-column stk-block-column stk-column Il liquido contenuto nella penna rimane ad un valore di tensione superficiale di circa 38mN\/m o superiore come linea continua, al di sotto del quale si stacca. Esistono da un lato le impurit\u00e0 particolari, dall\u2019altro le impurit\u00e0 pellicolari. Le prime si presentano come punti singoli ordinati in maniera irregolare e a distanza tra loro. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le impurit\u00e0 filmiche coprono interamente o parzialmente la superficie. Esse possono anche essere definite \u201cpure\u201d quando sono \u201cpulite\u201d ai sensi della definizione della tensione\/energia della superficie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Per\u00f2 non possono riferirsi alla struttura interna del pezzo, che pu\u00f2 essere descritta solo dalla purezza. I processi in questi ambiti sono una soluzione semplice: il test delle superfici con inchiostri di prova e misurazioni degli angoli di contatto. Nel primo caso la procedura \u00e8 semplice e pratica, in quanto nei processi produttivi l\u2019applicazione dell\u2019inchiostro pu\u00f2 avere luogo senza problemi sulle superfici di prova. Il secondo caso invece richiede delle apparecchiature e rappresenta le componenti della tensione superficiale suddividendole secondo polarit\u00e0 e dispersione.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Il test con gli inchiostri di prova mostra solo la somma dei due valori, il che basta nella maggior parte dei casi ad una valutazione delle superfici. I due metodi non possono essere applicati senza contatto o in continuo. Non applicabili in continuo significa che nei processi produttivi, ad esempio delle pellicole, le misurazioni possono essere eseguite solo allo stato di riposo e non mentre scorre il nastro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>In casi eccezionali \u00e8 possibile eseguire una misurazione a velocit\u00e0 molto ridotta. Il pre-trattamento viene impiegato da alcuni decenni anche insieme a un trattamento fisico con corona, plasma e sfiammata, in cui per\u00f2 l\u2019effetto elettrico modifica le superfici in modo tale che le loro parti polari aumentano notevolmente. Tutto ci\u00f2 aumenta la tensione superficiale, migliorando notevolmente anche la capacit\u00e0 di adesione.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ad esempio le materie plastiche di polilefine, la cui tensione superficiale corrisponde naturalmente a valori intorno ai 30 mN\/m, possono essere portate con relativa semplicit\u00e0 a valori superiori ai 45 mN\/m, il che corrisponde a ottimi valori di adesione per la stampa, l\u2019incollaggio e la verniciatura.
